Workshop Bookings

Registration

Workshop bookings submitted through our Site are subject to availability and confirmation. A booking request does not guarantee enrollment until confirmed by our team.

Payment

Payment details and methods will be provided upon booking confirmation. Full payment is required to secure your workshop spot.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made 7 or more days before the workshop: Full refund
Cancellations made 3-6 days before: 50% refund or credit for future workshop
Cancellations made less than 3 days before: No refund, credit for future workshop at our discretion
No-shows: No refund

Rescheduling

Rescheduling requests made 48 hours or more in advance will be accommodated when possible at no additional charge.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:

The Site will be uninterrupted or error-free
Defects will be corrected
The Site or servers are free of viruses or harmful components
Information on the Site is complete, accurate, or current

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lagoon-bison shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or services, including but not limited to:

Workshop Participation

Participants acknowledge that ceramic activities involve certain risks. By registering for a workshop, you agree to:

Follow all safety instructions provided by instructors
Use equipment properly and responsibly
Report any injuries or safety concerns immediately
Accept responsibility for your own actions during workshops

User Submissions

Any information or content you submit through the Site becomes our property. We may use, reproduce, or distribute such submissions for any purpose without compensation to you.
